Wow it was a busy week last week with the handicap 5k and our second midweek league 10k fixture at Royston. A massive thank you to all those who turned up and represented the club.
This week we are even busier!
– tuesdays speed endurance is using 2 minute intervals in both group 1 and group 2
– Wednesday we are at Ridlins for our track session. You can do a bleep fitness test plus 300m intervals or if the bleep test is not for you, a ladder session.
– Thursday. The zero to 5k group take on week 6 and we have the option of a 5 mile run into the countryside.
– Sunday. This one is for everyone. The more that c9me, the greater the fun! Rowney Warren pods, Chicksands for our mixed training session. The session starts at 9am but we will also be car sharing from Shephalbury Park at 8:30am.
