Spring 2018 marathon long run schedule
Attached is a suggested schedule for long runs to use as part of a structured training schedule for four key Spring marathons – London, Brighton, Milton Keynes and Edinburgh (training for other spring marathons can be adapted from this main schedule). The schedule can be used alongside carrying out the two main club sessions. This will provide a structured approach to marathon training that will build speed and endurance.
